“I guess that you got the feeling from the reaction of those left dancing at midnight that they would have been very happy for you to continue playing on had I allowed it! Everyone I have spoken to since the dance has agreed that I definitely booked the right band! The dance floor was crowded all evening, which said a lot about the band and the music you selected for us. Personally I’m still knackered from all that dancing!
